The EIMBCA is an Association of member companies working in the water industry. The scope of the Association is to advise members on best practise as to how water is bottled, stored and distributed within the confines of a strict code of conduct.
The EIMBCA trademark can be relied upon to guarantee reputable water supply within the confines of European Law. Water handling and distribution must be treated in the same manner as Food and the EIMBCA looks to constantly reappraise best work practices. To this end the EIMBCA corresponds with its members to advice on new practices within the industry.
The water industry is dominated by a group of large multinational companies who established and set up their own industry Association. The EIMBCA acts as an alternative for the smaller and independent suppliers of which there are hundreds in each European country.
Independent suppliers have flourished in the cooler industry because dealing with lots of small customers requires attention for detail and accountability.
